Defeating Kodama Melone in Scarlet Nexus

In the game Scarlet Nexus, Kodama Melone is a formidable boss that requires strategy and skill to defeat. As Kasane, players will encounter Kodama Melone as a boss in various locations, including Abandoned Subway: Suoh line 9, Mizuhagawa District, and other areas.

To take down Kodama Melone, it's essential to keep her stunned for an extended period. Use Arrowloot Leaf combos to deplete her Crush Gauge, and then use Psychokinesis to throw water barrels at her. As the barrel explodes, hold (LT) to drench Kodama with water, applying the Soaked Status Ailment.

While she's slowed down, use SAS: Electrokinesis to further stun her with the synergizing Shocked Status Ailment. If struggling to approach Kodama in melee, utilize Psychokinesis attacks first to interrupt her attacks.

Tips and Tricks

Kodama Melone can be quite elusive, so it's crucial to stay mobile and avoid taking unnecessary damage. Use SAS: Sclerokinesis to dodge her attacks if necessary, but save this ability for later if you're gaining the upper hand with higher damage output.

Be aware that Kodama Melone may send out shockwaves from smashing her pipe onto the ground, damaging your party. She mainly attacks with soundwaves emitted from swinging her metallic pipe, which can be quite disruptive.
